Return eligibility

Return Window

  • Customers can initiate a return request within 8 days of delivery. [For ex. If your order was delivered on 1 march, you may request a return till 8 march. 

Product Condition

  • Items must be in their original condition with no damage.
  • Products that are used, visibly worn, or damaged will not qualify for a full refund.

International Order returns

  • We do not accept returns on any orders outside India.

Reverse Pickup Process

Pickup Attempts

  • We will attempt reverse pickup within 3 days of your request.
  • Maximum Attempts: A maximum of 2 pickup attempts will be made.
  • Service Availability: Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area.

Refund Assurance Disclaimer (IMPORTANT):

  • We cannot assure a full refund if the customer does not hand over the parcel during the first pickup attempt, as multiple pickup attempts incur additional charges. Additionally, if the returned product is damaged, visibly worn, or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deny or adjust the refund amount accordingly.

 

Refund Process

Refund Timeline:

  • The whole process of Return & Refund may take upto 30 days. (MAXIMUM)

Refund Options:

1. Standard Refund:

    • COD Orders: We’ll personally contact you to confirm your preferred payment method so that you receive your refund just the way you want it.
    • Prepaid Orders: Your refund will be automatically credited back to the original payment method used when you placed your order.

2. Exclusive Discount Offer:

3. Bank Transfer:

    • Available for all orders. Simply provide your bank details (account number, account holder’s name, and IFSC/IBAN), and we’ll notify you once the refund has been successfully transferred.

    Refund Decision:

    • After inspecting the returned item, we reserve the right to:
    1. Approve a full refund
    2. Approve a partial refund
    3. Deny the refund if the product condition or reason does not qualify
